Dark chocolate and Sardinian myrtle 200g

Creamy and velvety handmade gourmet spreadable cream, with decisive and persuasive tones.
The dark base is completed by the essence BIO of Sardinian myrtle.
The best of natural and essential oils are completed with extra virgin olive oil .

Suitable for garnishing cold products such as ice cream, yoghurt, cheesecake and mousse. Try it for filling panettone and pandoro.

Sardinian myrtle

Myrtle is a shrubby plant of the Myrtaceae family, typical of the Mediterranean maquis. In Italy, the land par excellence of myrtle is Sardinia. Famous for its liqueur, essential oils with incredible medicinal and aromatic properties are also extracted from myrtle. It boasts balsamic, anti-inflammatory, astringent and antiseptic properties. Directly from Sadali, we use essence of myrtle with a high degree of purity and classified as BIO.
