Shockino spreadable creams can also be a basic ingredient for your ganaches!
Dark chocolate and Sardinian myrtle, for example, mixed with organic sheep ricotta: in 5 minutes a ganache with excellent flavor and perfect consistency. We have filled homemade macarons, but can also be filled canapés, tarts, cupcakes and much more.
- 250 g of sheep ricotta
- 90 g of Shockino spreadable cream (of the flavor you prefer)
- 20 g of icing sugar
- Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and using an electric whisk, whisk until you reach a soft, creamy and well-blended consistency.
- If you want, you can also add some chopped dried fruit at the end.
